Leasing Code for Landlords & Tenants

The SCSI has launched the Business Leasing Code for Landlords & Tenants which aims to promote fairness in commercial leases.

A business lease is a legally binding contract betweenthe legal owner (landlord) and the occupier (tenant). The objective of the Code is to create a document which is clear, concise, user friendly and authoritative for both parties as per the code Introduction.
