HOW DOES IT WORK?

STEP 1

  • Define your budget and ideal location.
  • Search for your rental property on daft.ie or rent.ie.

The easiest way to find a rental property is to search online where you can easily narrow down your search and find a place to suit your lifestyle and budget. Try signing up for rental alerts to be the first to know about any new listing in your desired location.

STEP 2

  • Submit your e-mail enquiry through daft.ie and request a viewing.
  • Our Agent will confirm your viewing details or invite you to a virtual tour.

Viewings can be busy and challenging enough for tenants trying to decide if the property is suitable in such a short space of time. Make sure you are prepared and have a checklist worked out prior to your viewing. 

STEP 3

  • Submit your Tenancy Application through our website.
  • We will perform your reference checks and confirm if your application was successful.

When submitting your application please consider that the property may be in high demand and it is of key importance to submit your full application together with references. Please ensure to attach your proof of identity, work reference and previous landlord reference. Consider any other supporting documents that you feel might help your application and make it stand out. 

STEP 4

  • We will e-mail your lease agreement for review and electronic signatures.
  • Arrange your key collection appointment and move into your new home.

If your application was successful, you will normally receive an e-mail from our Agent confirming that your application was successful. We will then e-mail you the Residential Tenancy Agreement for you to review and sign electronically. This is a legally binding agreement that outlines your rights and responsibilities, so it is important to read it carefully before signing. As soon as your lease is signed and your security deposit is paid, our Agent will confirm your move in appointment.
